GTECH Headquarters
The GTECH Headquarters project was a joint-venture of USAA Real Estate Company and Commonwealth Ventures, LLC. The $70 million project consists of 210,000 SF of office and retail space, a 250-car parking garage, and is located on a prominent site within Waterplace Park. The building serves as the U.S. headquarters of GTECH Corporation, a global provider of management and technology services to the lottery industry, and is also home to a Fidelity Investment Investor Center, a Ruth’s Chris restaurant, and the Koffler Group. The building opened in December of 2006.
One Financial Plaza
Acquired on January 15, 2005. Sold in May 2007. A 28-story 322,284 square foot Class A office building in the heart of downtown Providence, Rhode Island, completed in 1972. One Financial Plaza is one of the tallest buildings in the State of Rhode Island and boasts a prestigious tenant roster, including: Bank of America, Sovereign Bank, Edwards and Angell, Mellon Bank, Bear Stearns, Oppenheimer, Oracle and Morgan Stanley. The purchase of One Financial was made in joint venture with GE Asset Management.
